About Stemat
Stemat is a service company for the maritime sector, based in Rotterdam. Stemat started with a couple of vessels in 1986 and has now expanded to a current fleet of more than 50 vessels. The considerable experience gained in this time allows Stemat to offer expert advice to a large number of companies specialising in a wide field ranging from maritime construction to the dredging and offshore industry.
Hoisting & Pile Driving
The crane barge 'Dina M' has a hoisting capacity of 350 tonnes and can be used in all kinds of hydraulic-engineering works. The barge has proved its worth during hoisting and pile driving work on many projects. The crane's boom, which is well over 100 metres long, makes it a multifunctional piece of equipment. The crane is equipped with an innovative crane control system with a touch screen. Each drum is independently driven. The main hoist is designed with constant tensioning and a free fall function.
Stemat has a variety of pontoons with cranes available for extremely wide-ranging operations. These are always fully equipped in accordance with the principal's wishes.
